These started as an excuse to draw kiddie shoes, but my current desktop is a Blacksad page and it's getting into my brain and making me want to put puppy heads on children I have an embarrassing addiction to coffeeshop sketching, please send help... Trying to figure out how to draw one of the characters for a project my aunt and I are working on, woof woof

For my sister's birthday last week. When my sister was a baby, I used to make her wear this onesie with bunny ears on it. There were 2, so I wore bunny ears too (the onesie would not fit my toddler-sized bod).

IIIII don't really know why I made this, just an inexplicable urge to draw dandies and historical fancy-men lately. Go figure. These guys are actually -sort of- interesting, after the French Revolution they ran around Paris beating up Jacobins with their stylish sticks. So yeah. Don't mess with the French fancy boys. (I should probably get a tumblr or something for this crap)

I came to the startling realization the other day that Triceratops are the ultimate fully equipped jousting mounts.

Went a little crazy with the gradient tool tonight, and coloured some old sketches. People sketches done during various lunch breaks over the last semester

And while I was cleaning out my desk I found these zoo drawings I'd forgotten about, and decided to colour some of those too. Because you can never have enough tigers.

Apparently I should be restricted in my access to Photoshop.

Life drawing stuff from this semester....after week one it all went downhill.

So blah blah busy busy blah blah...almost done my sketchbook (finished in under a month! Good riddance too the paper in it is crap) so scan time is nigh.
